Aged 14 months in American oak barrels, our Añejo has a significant oak presence in balance with the agave fruit, deeper notes of vanilla, nuts and caramel. Unlike competitive añejos which are dominated by oak, it has a complex balance of oak and agave and a silky finish.
The gentle notes of the agave are complemented by oaky tannins, licorice, clove, butterscotch pudding and custard.
Silky and rich with vanilla and butterscotch flavors. Finishes with a little sweetness and lingering oak.
Crafted with 100% blue weber agave handpicked at optimal maturity in the highlands of Jalisco, Mexico.
