Aged for four months in former whisky barrels of American oak to yield a light touch of wood. This allows the full range of agave aromas and flavors to be delicately balanced with the oak.
Floral notes, spice and fruit intermingled with cut green grass, white tea and jasmine. Subtle oak imparts aromas of soft vanilla and custard.
A balance of fruit, florals and spicy flavors. Earthy tones with a touch of clove, mint and bay leaf. Clean and crisp with a delicate finesse. Oak influence is light and tempers the agave without masking it.
